Exercise, is one great way of stopping your Puppy biting your hands, because, it's keeping them busy. Don't over do it though. A young Puppy, will enjoy more smaller walks during the day, than one large one, that will tire it out. Why will exercise stop my Puppy from biting my hands?
The exercise will burn up energy, and will result, in less destructive behavior.
